The Policy Management Business Unit is building the platform for policy control and integration for access to or through Cisco devices or solutions. The three main product families in PMBU are Cisco Secure ACS, Cisco NAC, and Cisco Enterprise Policy Manager. The network is the platform, and we are building the network access policy components. We are looking for an individual who has a balanced blend of business and technical acumen. This will require excellent analytic skills, and acute focus on defining end to end customer scenarios and driving execution to assure that we ship components with the right combination of features, quality, and time to market.
A successful candidate will be

• Experience driving the complete product lifecycle
• Able to develop product requirement documents, datasheets, BDM and EBC presentations
• Collaborate with Cisco field sales teams, channel partners and customers to determine product direction and release features
• Ability to calculate and analyze ROI
• Ability to develop and present business analytics on product performance on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
• Ability to keep a pulse on the industry and competitors
• Manage customer escalations and drive action plan to mitigate issues
• Present at SEVTs, EBCs and industry forums like Networkers, Interop etc
• Proven ability to build relationships with peers, cross-functional partners, other groups across Cisco, industry partners, customers, and the field
• Ability to communicate complex issues clearly
• Ability to articulate an overall vision and strategy for a given product and to drive the organization to achieve it
• Experience/knowledge of Cisco security portfolio, including NAC, 802.1x, ACS, EPM is a plus
