Executive Communications Manager

The Enterprise, Commercial and Small Business (ECSB) group generates more than $20 billion in annual revenue and has over 12,000 employees. The organization is comprised of collaboration software, voice technology, data center, switching and services, wireless, security routing and technology, enterprise systems and operations, and small business technologies.

Currently, we're seeking an experienced executive communications manager for Tony Bates, SVP/GM and leader of ECSB. Located in San Jose, this position will be responsible for providing communication counsel, developing an executive communications platform and implementing that platform for various external and internal audiences. The ideal candidate will partner with the executive to develop original content and ensure that key messages are consistently communicated across multiple channels (PR, Web, speaker forums, IR, AR, etc.).

• Established track record and reputation for successfully positioning senior executives

• Develops a strong partnership/relationship with the executive

• Receives high marks (both quantifiable and qualitative metrics) with executive presentation scores, audience participation and engagement, executive, manager, and peer-level feedback
Education:

• Typically requires BA/BS in Marketing, Business, or equivalent plus 12+ years of related experience in Marketing or Communications. Previous experience working with senior executives highly desired.
